Early voting for the 2026 General Election begins Monday, October 19, and Anderson County voters have four locations where they can cast their ballots ahead of Election Day.

According to an Anderson County announcement, early voting continues through Saturday, October 31.

Voting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Early voting locations will be closed Sunday, October 25.

One helpful detail: registered Anderson County voters can vote at any of the four county early voting centers, not just the one closest to their home.

Where to vote early in Anderson County

Anderson County Voters Registration & Election Office is located at 301 N. Main St., Anderson, SC 29621.

Pendleton Library is located at 650 S. Mechanic St., Pendleton, SC 29670.

Powdersville Library is located at 4 Civic Ct., Powdersville, SC 29642.

Watkins Center is located at 204 S. Main St., Honea Path, SC 29654.

These four locations give eligible voters options across the county, whether they live closer to downtown Anderson, Pendleton, Powdersville or Honea Path.

Don't forget your photo ID

The county reminds registered voters to bring photo identification when they go to vote.

Before heading out, take a moment to check the address of your chosen location and allow enough time to get there before closing.

With voting available on multiple weekdays and Saturdays, residents can choose a day that fits their schedules.

Mark the dates

Early voting begins October 19 and ends October 31, with no voting on Sunday, October 25.

That means there are several opportunities to vote before Election Day but the early voting period does have a firm end date.

Whether you vote on your lunch break, after work, or on a Saturday, make sure your voice is heard.
