September has officially arrived in Anderson, but apparently summer forgot to pack its bags.
This week we’re talking about why Lake Hartwell may be staying a little lower than usual, a new opportunity to join the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office team and a free class that could finally explain why one plant in your yard thrives while the one three feet away has completely given up.

Okay, this week's find falls squarely into the “Well, that's kind of clever…” category.
We came across this PDRN Pink Collagen Volume Multi Balm Stick, a Korean skincare-inspired balm made for those little areas that always seem to need extra attention—under the eyes, forehead, smile lines, lips, neck and dry spots.
What caught our attention is the stick format. No jars, droppers or complicated routine required. Just swipe it where you want a little extra moisture and move on with your day.
And apparently we've reached the point where even our skincare comes in stick form.
Why we thought it was a fun find: It's different, portable, multi-use and one of those products you might scroll right past without realizing what it actually does.
