Anderson County’s retail landscape just got a little saucier. Buffalo Wild Wings has been announced as the second official tenant at the upcoming Clemson Commons development - a 67-acre mixed-use project located off I-85 at the key gateway between Anderson, Clemson, and Clemson University.

Known for its wings, sports-filled atmosphere, and energetic crowd appeal, Buffalo Wild Wings will build a full-service restaurant at the new development.

The Anderson location will be only the third in the Upstate, joining Greenville and Spartanburg, with a grand opening slated for Summer 2026.

Developed by McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate, Clemson Commons is designed to be a high-impact shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination.

The first announced tenant was Guthrie’s Chicken Tenders, and more announcements are expected soon.

The addition of Buffalo Wild Wings signals strong momentum and a growing interest from major national brands, which could position Anderson SC as a key player in the Upstate’s commercial future.
