Anderson Mall Hosts Back to School Bash 2026: Free Backpacks, Haircuts & Resource Fair July 31
Anderson Mall's Back to School Bash 2026 offers free backpacks, haircuts, and a community resource fair on Friday, July 31 from 3-6 PM in Belk Court.
ANDERSON, S.C. — The countdown to the new school year is on, and Anderson Mall is making sure local families are ready. The Back to School Bash 2026 is set for Friday, July 31, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Belk Court, offering free resources to help students start the year off right.
A Free Community Event
This isn't your average back-to-school sale — it's a full community resource fair designed to support Anderson families. The event is completely free and packed with valuable services and giveaways.
Starting at 3:00 PM, the community resource fair kicks off with helpful guides, free haircuts for students, local vendors, and raffle opportunities. Whether you need information about local services or just want to connect with community organizations, the resource fair has something for everyone.
Free Backpack Giveaway
The highlight of the event begins at 4:00 PM — a Free Backpack Giveaway while supplies last. These backpacks will be filled with school supplies to help students head back to class prepared and confident.
Given that supplies are limited, families are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot in line. The giveaway is first-come, first-served, so don't wait until the last minute.
Community Partners Making It Happen
The Back to School Bash is a collaborative effort brought to you by:
• The Value Village • Anderson County Coroner's Office • Regional Workforce Advisors of South Carolina
These organizations have come together to create an event that supports students and families across the Anderson community.
