ARC Memorial Day 5K "Marathon" — Run Loops Around Belton's Marathon Gas Station on May 25

The Anderson Run Club (ARC) is hosting a Memorial Day 5K with a twist that local runners won't want to miss. On Monday, May 25, 2026, participants will gather at the Marathon gas station at 761 Anderson Street in Belton, South Carolina for a unique race experience — running 5K worth of loops around an actual Marathon station.

 

The Perfect Date for a Clever Concept

 

The timing couldn't be more perfect: a 5K on 5-25-26 at the 26.2 gas station. (Yes, 26.2 miles is a full marathon distance — get it?)

 

This isn't your typical out-and-back 5K. Runners will loop around the Marathon station multiple times to hit that 3.1-mile mark, creating a fun, community-centered atmosphere where participants can cheer each other on throughout the race.
