Labor Day Weekend 2025 Events in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson

As Labor Day weekend approaches, Upstate SC residents and visitors in Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson can look forward to a vibrant array of events celebrating the end of summer.

Greenville kicks off the festivities on Friday, August 29, with the Greenville Drive facing the Bowling Green Hot Rods at Fluor Field. The game starts at 6:45 p.m., followed by a spectacular Friday night fireworks show. Celebrating 20 years of Fluor Field, this event promises excitement for baseball fans and families alike.

On Saturday, August 30, the Upstate Food Truck Festival takes place at Reedy Fork Fairgrounds in Simpsonville from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees can enjoy offerings from over 25 food, beverage, and dessert trucks, accompanied by live music and entertainment throughout the day.

In Spartanburg, art enthusiasts can explore the Hub City Art Hop on Saturday, August 30, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Art Lounge.
