Get ready to beat the heat at the Last Splash of Summer event happening Friday, July 25 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pendleton Community Center and Heritage Park.

 

This family-friendly celebration is the perfect way to cool down and enjoy some summer fun before the season winds down.

 

What to Expect

 

The event kicks off at the Pendleton Community Center, where kids and families can cool off under the refreshing spray of the fire hose courtesy of the Pendleton Fire Department Station 2.

 

Afterward, head over to Heritage Park for even more excitement.

 

Local nonprofits will be on hand hosting a variety of water games and activities designed for all ages.

 

Plus, there will be creative watercolor art stations where attendees can unleash their inner artist.

This event is a true community effort, made possible through the collaboration of:

 

• Pendleton Community Center

• Pendleton Fire Department Station 2

• Pendleton Police Department

• Local nonprofit organizations

    Fire hose sprays were the best when I was a kid. Glad they’re bringing this tradition back!
