New Facility Expected to Bring Over 200 Jobs to Anderson County

BMarko Structures, a leader in modular building manufacturing, is set to establish a new facility in Williamston, South Carolina, bringing an estimated 225 full-time jobs to Anderson County.

 

The company has signed a 10-year lease for the property located at 134 Long Road, marking a significant investment in the local economy.

 

Since its inception in 2014, BMarko Structures has completed over 500,000 square feet of modular buildings, including steel, wood, and shipping container structures, across approximately one-third of U.S. states.

 

Notably, the company is recognized for its work on the popular Bal Harbour Shops pop-up.

 

CEO Antony Kountouris expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "We chose to establish our Southeast operations in Williamston and partner with Farpoint. The team's professionalism and understanding of our requirements, combined with Williamston's location on the I-85 corridor and skilled workforce, made this the right choice for our growth."
