The city has brought in 25 goats from Double E Farms to take on the massive kudzu infestation covering the hillside behind and beside the Pickens Amphitheater. These adorable workers are now on the job, munching their way through the invasive vine that has long plagued the area.

How It Works

The goats are contained within a temporary electric fence with clear signage posted in the area. According to WYFF4, the public is asked not to approach the goats as they work—these employees take their grazing seriously.

Double E Farms will be checking in on the herd daily to ensure the goats are healthy and making progress on their mission.
