We are a small group and personal training studio owned and operated by Laurie and Brad Smith. We have each been in the fitness industry over 30 years and have seen a lot of changes, not necessarily for the better, so we decided that we wanted to offer an alternative to the impersonal big box gym and provide a more service type environment with more affordable rates than other training studios. We train everyone based on their fitness level, which we evaluate on the first visit, and also provide nutritional eating program.
