Creative Renewal Counseling & Art Therapy provides thoughtful, relational therapy for teens and adults who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and holding it all together. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling “not enough,” even when things look fine on the outside. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, identity questions, grief and loss, chronic illness or pain, caregiving roles, and major life transitions. Therapy focuses on understanding what’s underneath emotional patterns and experiences, helping things feel lighter, clearer, and less isolating over time. In-person sessions are available in Anderson, with virtual therapy across SC.
